Process To Open SBS Food Mart

STEP 1
Registration
The registration fee for SBS FOOD MART is set at ₹11,000 (Rupees Eleven Thousand Only) plus applicable GST. Please note that this fee is non- refundable and covers a validity period of three months.

STEP 2

Document Required

  •  PAN card
  • Aadhaar card
  • Bank passbook
  • Two passport-sized photos
  • Two blank cheques
  • Rent agreement for the property used to open SBS Food Mart
  • If opening SBS Food Mart on a rented property,a minimum stamp charge of ₹500 will be required along with the rent agreement.

STEP 3

Franchise Fees Payment & Place Requirement

  • The franchise fee for SBS Food Mart is ₹200,000 plus GST, which is non-refundable.
  • This fee includes website, Facebook, mobile app, & billing software advertisement expenses.
  • Additionally, the franchise fee covers costs for accounting software usage, branding promotion support, and legal support.

STEP 4

Agreement Signing

  1.  This Is Done After The Shop Location Is Finalized.
  2. The Company Applies All GST & FSSAI Licenses On Behalf Of The Franchise.

STEP 5

Package Amount/Stock Amount Payment

  • For SBS Food Mart, ₹1,500,000 is required for inventory purchase.
  • For SBS Food Mart, ₹3,500,000 is required for inventory purchase.

STEP 6

Store Readiness

  • Ready to Serve: SBS Food Mart is set up and ready.
  • Inventory Delivery: Swift delivery once the store is prepared.
  • Expert Training: Managers trained in inventory and billing.
  • Exclusive Membership: 500 membership cards per store.
  • Customer Discounts: Attractive discounts available
