- The dealer must have a delivery vehicle for SBS Foodmart. For rural areas, the dealer can also use a motorcycle.
- The person interested in opening the store must be a business-savvy individual, firm, or company, and will be considered as the distributor (distributorship) for SBS Foodmart.
- The company plans to open around 500 SBS Foodmarts at the pan-India level, for which eligible individuals, firms, and companies can apply online through the official SBS Food Mart website for the distributorship of SBS Foodmart.
- The company’s distributorship business plan offers a unique opportunity for better employment prospects with a small investment. This will ensure that at least 500 food marts provide employment to 2000 to 3000 people.
- After receiving the application form, the company will verify all the information provided by the applicant. If the information is found to be true and satisfactory, a preliminary approval will be granted within 15 days. The applicant will be informed through a letter or email.
- After receiving preliminary approval, the applicant must deposit the required investment amount into the company’s account and provide the necessary documents within 15 days.
- After the deposit is confirmed, the company will provide the final approval, and a legal agreement will be signed between the company and the distributor within 15 days.

Store Location
The company will give preference to business properties with a minimum frontage of 15 feet and a suitable layout for the store.

Capital Investment Details
1. To establish an SBS Food mart, a minimum capital investment of INR 15/35 lakhs is required. This includes the company's given margin amount and up to 35% product value.
