Refund and Returns Policy

At SBS Foodmart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Time Frame: You must initiate the return within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), gift cards, downloadable software products, and health and personal care items.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@sbsfoodmart.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back.
  3. Shipping the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sbsfoodmart.com.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@sbsfoodmart.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to an error on our part, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund for Shipping Costs: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, depending on the reason for the return.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@sbsfoodmart.com with photos of the damaged or defective item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sbsfoodmart.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to wait until you receive the item and then follow our return process.
